Livelihoods & Farmer Support
The families whose land carries our towers are not bystanders to the project. They are partners in it. So we invest in the work they were doing before we arrived — and we make sure they can do it better afterwards.

More than a celebration—a catalyst for agricultural evolution. In Taktara village of Assam state, our project team hosted a high-impact Farmer’s Day. By honoring local farmers, delivering advanced technical training, and distributing climate-conscious organic seeds, we are actively driving the future of sustainable farming in the region.
We had the privilege of honoring a local farmer where who generously gave his land for a vital transmission tower in Sidli Taluka, Assam.
In Palghar, we distributed high-yield seeds for bitter gourd, ridge gourd, cucumber, and other vegetables to more than 200 tribal farmers

When medicine arrives where the patient lives

In the Bajali region of Assam, our Arogya Bandhu Mobile Medical Unit has reached over 30,000 people across 20 villages, on a One Day–One Village model. Free diagnostics. Free medicines. Maternal and adolescent health. Awareness campaigns delivered in local languages, through wall paintings, hoardings, and door-to-door engagement.
We have trained over 200 frontline health workers — ASHA, Anganwadi, ANM, and SHG members — on anaemia, breast and cervical cancer, mother-child health, and menstrual health.
When women lead with knowledge, they shape healthier communities. We have set up a women-led sanitary pad manufacturing unit in Kaprada, Valsad, supporting 15 SHG women and serving over 800 adolescent girls every year.

A school kit is a small thing. So is a library. So is a stipend cheque from a first internship. But these are the things that keep children in school, and send young adults into stable careers.
In Gujarat, 1,300 children received school kits to keep them in classrooms

In Anantapur, the Kreeda Rangam programme is bringing sports equipment to 16 schools and over 5,000 students, supporting both physical wellbeing and grassroots talent
Beyond classrooms, the work goes deeper. In Palghar, a three-month residential skill development programme trained tribal youth in CNC machine operation, blueprint reading, precision measurement, and quality control. Of those who enrolled, eighty percent secured paid industry internships and placement support
At a national scale, our partnership with EdIndia has reached over 200,000 teachers and one million students across Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, and Mumbai
Community Infrastructure & Welfare

Infrastructure that makes women feel safer. Children walk to tuition classes without fear. A road in a village for all-weather access.
At our MUML Vapi substation, a 900-metre bituminous road now connects the substation to Goima village. We needed the road for site logistics. The village needed it for all-weather access. Both got it.
In Bhamba village, 30 LED streetlights at key locations — near the school, the hospital, the narrow streets — have changed what evenings feel like. Women feel safer. Children walk to tuition classes without fear.
In Vadodara, our contribution to the Sujalam Sufalam Yojana supports water conservation across ten districts of northern Gujarat, where 5,500 check dams are being constructed to bring clean water to over 12 lakh people.
We have installed more than 550 solar streetlights — 200 across Boisar in Maharashtra and 350 across southern Gujarat — turning unsafe stretches into welcoming public spaces, and powering them with clean energy.
In Palghar, our rural sports initiative has reached more than 18,000 youth across ten sports categories, supporting grassroots talent in tribal communities.
In Chirang district of Assam, the Amar Adarshar Puthibharal initiative has launched school libraries that have benefitted more than 1,500 community members through book donation drives, teacher training, and a deliberate effort to rebuild reading culture.
In Maharashtra, the Gyanjyoti Public Library and Competitive Examination Study Center at Dehere now serves over 400 children and adults preparing for the next stage of their lives.
In Surat, beach cleanliness drives in partnership with the local municipal corporation have made coastlines cleaner.

The installation of the transmission tower on our agricultural land has brought a positive transformation to our family. With 200 percent of the land value for the tower foundation area and 30 percent for the stringing corridor compensation provided, we were able to level and strengthen our farmland, invest in improved crop cultivation, upgrade our home, and construct proper sanitation facilities.
The continued engagement and support from Resonia's CSR and Right of Way teams gave us confidence and ensured that the development translated into real benefits for our household.
