The Family Talk initiative brings workers' families into the safety conversation, because when a worker knows their family is watching, compliance becomes commitment.

Resonia's HSE framework drives continuous improvement through integrated systems and a culture that empowers every individual to prioritise safety beyond the workplace. Behaviour-Based Safety training uses systematic observation and coaching to identify trends before they become incidents.

Leadership engagement is visible and regular: CEO all-hands calls, National Safety Week campaigns, Nukkad Nataks, and helmet distribution drives reinforce safety as an organisational value, not a departmental concern. The result is an HSE Health Index above 80 and zero-harm commissioning across NBTL, MUML, GTTPL, and KwTL.

Resonia's Quality Excellence Model is built on six pillars — Leadership, Engagement, Continual Improvement, Digitalisation, Partnership, and Process approach — governed by ISO 9001:2015 standards and embedded across the full project lifecycle: from supplier qualification through field execution to commissioning.

A 95% First Time Right yield for material inspection means 95 in every 100 inspections pass without rework or delay. Achieving this demands rigour far upstream from the construction site. Every EPC partner, supplier, and contractor undergoes stringent qualification covering technical capability, quality systems, and safety compliance. Key global suppliers are strategically onboarded to ensure consistency from the outset.

On site, the Eagleye Platform digitises CTQ and Joint Measurement Certificate processes, enabling field teams to complete, submit, and have forms reviewed in real time.

The Group Quality Score is consistently above 80. GTTPL, MUML, and LVTPL were all commissioned first-time-right in FY 2024–25. No rework. No surprises.

HEALTH

Our workforce builds in extremes. Their health is non-negotiable.

Resonia's health framework is proactive, not reactive. Routine medical assessments are standard across all sites. Climate-responsive measures — warm clothing at altitude, hydration protocols in desert terrain — are built into project planning. First Aid training equips every site team to respond to injuries and emergencies with confidence, reducing recovery time and preventing minor incidents from becoming major ones.

Digitalisation of all legal HSE requirements ensures complete compliance with zero incidents of forced or child labour, discrimination, or legal notices across the portfolio. The Predictive Safety Risk Platform captures unsafe behaviour in real time, deploying corrective measures before incidents occur — shifting health and safety management from responsive to anticipatory.

Certified to ISO 14001, Resonia treats environmental management as a dimension of engineering excellence. Route alignment minimises forest diversion. Construction methods are chosen for minimal soil disturbance. In Goa, a Biodiversity Impact Assessment and Management Plan was commissioned voluntarily — beyond what regulations required — to prove that transmission infrastructure and fragile ecosystems can genuinely coexist.

Water is stewarded with the rigour of any structural material. In water-scarce Rajasthan, a purpose-built Curing Tank Recycling Plant saves 1.68 million litres per site per year. Across all projects, wax-based curing compounds have eliminated the need for continuous 10-day water application — saving over 48 million litres cumulatively.

In NER-II, a single engineering decision — multi-circuit towers carrying both 132 kV and 400 kV lines on one structure, instead of two separate corridors through dense forest — saved 60,900 trees, preserved 102 hectares, and reduced annual CO₂ emissions by 655 tonnes. Restraint, built into engineering from the start.
